This is one of the worst websites I have used. It makes me wonder if you want your clients not to pay on time, so you can collect late fees.

Bret at the east Bakersfield storage where we rent a storage unit is one of the most pleasant and helpful person to talk to and is always cheerful and informative. We have work with Bret ever since he became the manager with no problems or complaints at all! We are older and pay by phone always it's a pleasure each and every month. When we have any questions with billing or maintenance he always has the time and answers we need. Thank You for employing such a great person to help with our storage needs!
