i live in a different state and had them threaten to pull my contract on two occasions, if i did not make a 524mi round trip before for the next payment is due cancelation of contract. I made my payments. i will not trust them with my belongings again.

Tom is amazing. He was fast, friendly & helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I highly recommend this facility, price is right and place is clean. Most of all, my recent visit to Purely storage was wonderful thanks to Tom. He was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with helping me get a storage unit. He went above & beyond was patient in answering my questions. I will definitely recommend my family and friends because of his amazing & friendly Customer Service!

I moved to buckeye and needed a storage ASAP. Athena was quick to assist and wonderful performance as a manager she knew exactly was she was doing! Very kind demeanor, would definitely recommend this place for my future her friends and family who will be moving to buckeye!

I wrote a review last year on October 31, 2019 of how horrible experience I had on that day but since the office was closed do to the Holiday I was unable to get it resolved right there and then but as soon as they had opened the office the following day I had received a phone call from one of the staff members and thank God they were super friendly and very courteous and they fixed the problem right away I unfortunately had another storage unit rented at some other location do to what had happened on the 31st of October but I explained my situation to purely storage staff they didn't only reimburse me the money to the storage unit I had rented with them but they offered me a special that was going on on that day I honestly loved the special so much that I went to cancel my other unit and went back to purley storage I highly recommend this place they offer great prices they have an amazing staff if I could I would gladly give them more then five 🌟 stars if I could delete my other review I would do it but I don't know how I could do that from my phone

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a unit with Athena. She made it quick and easy while maintaining a professional demeanor. The facility is well taken care of, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for storage. They have the best prices in Buckeye!

You can tell when people take pride in their jobs and these two definitely do. Thank you so much for all your help and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

I never write reviews but I really needed to write this one, I am moving from Texas to Arizona and I am so excited to be there now! I called and Amanda had answered and helped me out so much! She gave me so much information and was so helpful! Definitely giving her 5 STARS!

Very mad 😡 I came on October 27th 2019 to rent a storage unit #3113 and today is October 31st 2019 and came to move my belongings to the unit and I found a yellow lock and I’m unable to store my belongings in the unit i will be needing my money back I had to rent a unit somewhere else and you will be hearing from my lawyers very unhappy with this place

Deanna and Christina are AWESOME

Christina, Deanna, and Robert provided awesome customer service!!! We started out with a small unit and graduated to their largest unit within a month. Pricing for units are very reasonable without all the fancy and pricey bells and whistles. Hands down, we were extremely happy with Purely Storage compared to the EXPENSIVE storage unit we had in California!! Keep up the good work ladies (Christina and Deanna) and gentleman (Robert)!!

Very friendly, we were in and out and so thankful the lady knew Spanish so my grandmother could understand more easily. She explained the whole process for us. Definitely recommend this facility for storage.

Deanna and Christina took away all the stress of finding parking for my truck and trailer when I finish my runs. The facility is clean, gated, and secure. They both were very helpful and accommodating when it was VERY badly needed on my end. I'm going to be parking and doing business here for a very long time. I want to thank you both for everything you did and continue to do. TWO THUMBS UP GUYS!!!!!
