Recently moved my stuff from storage in LA to Purely Storage in Shafter. Saving a huge amount of money. Visited many storage facilities in and around Bakersfield, and this was clearly the best for my needs. Especially great was the customer service by manager Theresa. She was as helpful and friendly as anyone in customer service could possibly be. Theresa is exceptional, and would make a first-class manager at any business! Her expertise, helpfulness and enthusiasm had much to do with my choosing the Shafter facility. Thanks so much!
